• Reduce the intake of caffeine after lunch.

• Before slipping in bed do some activities, which can calm your mind.
• Listening to music really helps in relaxing nerves.
• Aroma therapy may also help. Dab a cotton ball in your (or your kids) favorite calming scent and place it in the pillowcase.
